I baked cookies today formy son's soccer banquet...I feel like total soccer mom now. He's another story...12 year old boy...maybe we'll go there another day!
There were flakes in the air today....the snowy kind. And almost all the leaves are down. It's been a beautiful fall, I'd say bright yellow was the dominant leaf color this year. I used to love fall and winter...I'd like to say I still do but as I get older I have a harder time staying upbeat in the winter months. I pray that keeping busy with the kids and some good quilting projects will make it a more positive winter than last year.
